Gerrit Cole opts out

Gerrit Cole has opted out of his contract with the New York Yankees. As I explain in this episode of Dan On Sports, that does not necessarily mean he is done with the Yankees, but he has handed the team the perfect opportunity to say “so-long” and expend their resources elsewhere.
