Here we go. The NFL has one of its biggest days of the season on Sunday, with the NFC and AFC Conference Title games.

The first game - the NFC Title contest - will be televised on FOX at 3 p.m. and pit the San Francisco 49ers at the Philadelphia Eagles.

The second game- the AFC Championship contest - will be televised on CBS at 3 p.m. and will feature a rematch from last year, the Cincinnati Bengals at the Kansas City Chiefs.
